This 1,300 square foot (135 sq meter) home is situated in Valescure, the most prestigious neighborhood in St Raphael on the Southern French Coast, the Cote d'Azur.  The house's greatest luxury is the peaceful backyard.  The house is surrounded by two large golf courses as well as countless forest hiking trails in walking distance from the house, and many birds make there home in this neighborhood.  Their is virtually no traffic.  "Traffic" is often a passing golf cart.  Yet the house it is just ten minutes from downtown St Raphael and several beaches.  The house escapes the tourist crowds yet is just minutes from everything St Raphael has to offer.   

Stained wood dining table and chairs seat eight.  Wicker rattan 'Casablanca' style furniture also seats eight.  The TV room has a  fold out couch that converts to a king-size (160x200cm) bed.  The spacious floor plan is exceptionally suited for entertaining or for just feeling  less crowded.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The terraced bedroom has a queen size highest quality "clic-clac" bed that folds up in seconds to be a couch. This bedroom offers peaceful views from the balcony and from inside the room as well through large glass doors.  The third bedroom has two single beds.   Linens are provided for all beds.

The house is ideally positioned with the back facing east.  No outside streetlamps that force you to close wooden blinds while sleeping to keep out annoying light, thus you can wake with the sun.    

Morning sun basks throughout the house.  A wide electric powered awning can keep out the morning sun if desired, yet the house is never hot.   The house is always bright with natural light from sunrise to sunset.
